    Our yoga classes are designed to bring strength and resilience to both body and mind, while at the same time staying open and flexible so that we can be receptive and bend, but not snap. 

    I often say to you to work with how you are feeling, if you are tired don't try and push yourself too far. Be content with where you are, feel pleased and proud that you have made the effort to come to class rather than berating yourself that you cannot get further into a posture. 

    However, don't allow that attitude be an excuse to hold you back from sometimes pushing yourself, taking yourself to your edge in a posture, after all we want to be the best we can be.
