Saturday, 14th July at Thames Chase Forest Centre, Upminster, Essex, RM14 3NS from 10am-1pm
The theme of the morning will be self compassion and wellbeing. The session will comprise asanas, a sprinkling of yoga philosophy, meditation and a luxurious relaxation. We will have the luxury of time for sharing, for questions and to go into different aspects of yoga more deeply. The aim is to leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened, as well as informed, and totally relaxed.
