  • Repetition is good for learning

    I know it's half term this week but classes are running as normal. 

    This week we are going to hold certain postures and then combine them in dynamic sequences. It is good to repeat poses and sequences because the familiarity makes them more comfortable and accessible, rather than thinking what's going to happen next!

    At the end of the class I am going to share a pranayama (breathing practice) specifically for insomnia.
